Wings Banquet
The WWFC Wings Banquet is happening on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Bingemans!
This annual gala celebrates the outstanding achievements of our 2025 student pilots. Throughout the evening, we will recognize license and rating recipients, scholarship recipients, award winners, and top-performing students, highlighting their dedication, hard work, and commitment to aviation excellence.
Before dinner, guests are invited to attend a 2-hour networking event with our airline partners, offering a valuable opportunity to connect, learn more about career pathways, and engage with industry professionals.
Invitations:
If you received a license and/or rating in 2025, please watch for an email invitation in mid-February, which will include a complimentary ticket.
To ensure you are recognized, all pilots who earned a PPL, CPL, ME, IFR, or FIR in 2025 must have their paperwork submitted to documents@wwfc.ca by January 15.
Tickets:
Didn’t earn a license or rating in 2025? No problem! You’re still welcome to attend. Tickets will be available for purchase. Details coming soon.

Can’t Make It?
If you cannot attend the Banquet, your certificate(s) and wings pin (if applicable) can be picked up at The Pilot Shop or mailed to you after the event.
