Wings Banquet
The WWFC Wings Banquet is happening on Friday, March 28, 2025, at Bingemans in Kitchener!
The Wings Banquet gala is dedicated to celebrating the incredible achievements of our 2024 student pilots. During the evening, we’ll also celebrate our scholarship recipients, award winners, and top-performing students, recognizing their hard work and commitment to aviation excellence.
Before dinner, we’re hosting a 2-hour networking event with our airline partners—a fantastic opportunity to connect and explore career paths.
Invitations:
Invitations for the Wings Banquet will be sent out in February. If you earned a license or rating in 2024, including PPL, CPL, ME, IFR, or FIR, and have submitted your paperwork, you will receive an invitation.
To ensure your eligibility, please send any outstanding documents to documents@wwfc.ca by January 20, 2025. If your paperwork is received after this deadline you will not receive an invitation.

Tickets:
Didn’t earn a license or rating in 2024? No problem! You’re still welcome to attend and bring guests. Tickets will be available for purchase, with more details coming in February.
