All WWFC clients are required to pay the client access fee. Our Client Access fee is $150.00+HST, and continues to be offered at a pro-rated rate for new clients who join throughout the year. Our annual fee includes a reduced deductible for our clients, protecting them from high financial exposure should damage occur during their rental of an aircraft.
As of December 2020, the Client Manual and Client Access Agreement have been significantly updated. Each client is strongly encouraged to read each document in its entirety. Clients MUST sign and return the Agreement to Dispatch in order to be able to fly. Also, changes to the tax form process and membership form now require a SIN for everyone other than clients who only rent aircraft. If you have any questions, please call Dispatch at 519-648-2213.

Payment of the Client Access Fee means that you understand and will comply with all the rules and regulations pertaining to the operation of aircraft at the Waterloo Wellington Flight Centre.
