The heart of aviation in the Waterloo Region

Your Dream Starts Here

Join WWFC, where aviation is our passion! Established in 1932 as a flying club, WWFC has evolved over the past 90+ years into a leading flight training centre.

Today, we offer state-of-the-art facilities in partnership with Conestoga College and the University of Waterloo, providing industry-recognized training. Nearly 20% of Canada’s commercial pilots are WWFC graduates, including those from our Integrated Airline Transport Pilot Licence Program and modular programs.

As a not-for-profit, WWFC is driven by a mission to empower the aviation community. With over 100 dedicated professionals and a volunteer Board of Directors, we ensure every aviator’s journey is supported by the highest-quality resources and a commitment to safety.
