Information Sessions

Waterloo Wellington Flight Centre (WWFC) offers monthly virtual Information Sessions throughout the academic year. Held on Microsoft Teams, these sessions typically take place on the last Monday of each month in 2025 and the last Wednesday of each month in 2026. Session times are 5:00–6:30 PM EST (2025) and 5:30–7:00 PM EST (2026).

• Overview of WWFC programs, including the University of Waterloo Aviation Programs and the Integrated ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) Program

• Exploration of career pathways in aviation

• Interactive Q&A session

Important: Attending an information session is required for students applying to the University of Waterloo’s Aviation Science or Geography programs.
